There are currently two ways to register as a player or a fan for tryouts or tours:

• To register by mail, download and print out a registration form and mail it to us with your payment.

For both types of registration,you will also need to print, sign, and mail in two additional forms:

• A Liability Waiver and Emergency Contact Information, to be completed for each person participating in the tour; and
• General Terms and Conditions, to be signed by one adult per family to verify that an adult has read and understands the terms.

We are currently in the process of setting up a secure site to enable us to accept on-line credit card payments for your convenience. Additionally, we will also be offering each Tour Participant Cancellation Insurance by TravelGuardTM in the near future.
