Savannah Rugby Tournament 11-13 March 2011
Your Itinerary:
Friday 11 March:
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel in mid-town Savannah and STATS is available to give you an orientation brief of the city and of the things to do!
Afterwards, we will be heading over to a local club for welcoming drinks and to meet some of the other teams from the US and abroad. We have transfers going back and forth between hotel downtown as you desire.
Saturday 12 March:
After breakfast, you will transfer from the hotel to the pitch.
Rest of Day: Tournament games and schedules according to division and win/loss performance.
Evening: We will provide transfers from the hotel to the downtown area where the fun and excitement are located. Savannah is one of the most exciting cities of the United States and at this time of the year, temperatures in the 60s and sometimes even in the 70s make the city an attractive warm springtime location.
Sunday 13 March:
After breakfast, you will transfer from the hotel to the pitch.
Morning and Early Afternoon: Tournament games and schedules according to division and win/loss performance. There should also be some time for some socializing with some of the domestic and international teams in the afternoon too before catching the flight back.

- Travel/Tour Discounts ($375.00 voucher for any future Trip with STATS to be used by 2012.
- Local Transfers to and from the hotel and downtown area Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning.
- STATS staffing for duration of Rugby Tournament for any assistance with hotel or transfer
needs as well as if anyone wishes to take advantage of an optional tour. Our tent will be
located near the pitch. Optional tours range from ghost tours to historical tours to culinary
and beach excursions, as your time allows.
- Initial Deposit of $50.00 per person needed to secure everything + a $375.00 official team registration fee if done by 01 January 2011. This reserves your team’s spot, and your hotel rooms as there is limited availability in 2011 during this period.
- Balance due by 15 February, 2011

Tournament Format:
The divisions are: Men's Division I (Top Men's Sides), Men's Division II (Men's Club B
Sides), Men's Division III, Women's Club Sides, Men's College, Women's College,
Social (Alumni, Composite, Reunion Sides)and Old Boys.
